All advertised talent has confirmed their appearance, however acts may change without notice. All ticket sales are final. The Balboa Beach Music Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. There will be no refunds or reissues for lost or stolen tickets. Children under the age of eight years are admitted free with a ticketed adult. |
